Great hotel staff, they were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The air conditioner in our room worked well and kept us cool during the hot days. The facilities in the hotel were useful, especially the swimming pool which we enjoyed playing in. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.
The condition of the room. The mattress was lousy and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

All staffs are very kind and they try to serve the best. Food quality is also very good though we can not expect like a luxury hotel. It is more than enough quality for business and best fit to family stay.

Aprtment room consider good
Requested for extra bed and my expectation they will provide with flip bed with mattress. But was provided with very old and thin mattress and I feel with additional charge of rm45 for extra bed, not worth it.

The hotel is conveniently located close to several attractions and is easily accessible by cab, making it easy to explore the city. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a comforting bed that ensures a good night's sleep. the hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and the facilities provided are useful, especially the swimming pool. the breakfast served is edible and enjoyable, with the option to request food refills if desired.
There were some disruptions during the stay due to the noise from vehicles on the road, which made it difficult to sleep peacefully at times.

The apartment was surprisingly spacious and great for a family. the swimming pool was really nice, clean, and perfect to relax in after a day of exploring the city. the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations for places to visit and eat. the hotel is located within walking distance of some great restaurants, making it convenient for us to grab a bite to eat.
The noise from the nearby road was quite loud, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. the breakfast could have been better and more varied.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were great, always friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The hotel facilities were fairly useful, especially the air conditioner which worked well. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to many attractions in this city.
Can't fault anything about it.
